By purchasing a subscription box from paperpgang you're agreeing to our terms and conditions

Shipping Schedule

Subscription boxes are sent out on a monthly basis. Boxes are sent out from our warehouse once a month towards the end of the month (typically around the 21st each month). These dates may change dependant on volume of orders and if the dates fall within a bank holiday or weekend. Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here. Please note that these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.

SUBSCRIPTION CUT-OFF WINDOW

You can receive the current months box up until the cut-off period. The subscription boxes cut-off is the last 10 days of the month. If subscribing within the cut-off period (last 10 days of the month) you'll miss out on the current months box and will automatically be subscribed to next months box. Throughout our site we feature a countdowns and annoucements which are accurate at the time of viewing to display the current time remaining until cut-off for the current months box is met. Unfortunately if you miss the cut-off due to limited stock amounts we won't be able to offer you this month’s box if you've missed the deadline however we'll have more papery goodness for next month and you'll be able to start subscribing to next month’s box straight after the previous months box goes out. If any items from the previous box are still available we’ll have them for sale in the Ohh Deer shop after the subscription has been posted, so if you desperately wanted one of the products you might be able to still grab them!

PAYMENTS

Your payment method will be billed automatically on the 1st of every month (or the first working day should that date fall on a weekend or public holiday) up until your subscription is cancelled. f you prepay for your box for 3, 6 or 12 months you will pay upfront for the cost however upon expiry of your subscription you will then be billed on the first of your new renewal month.

AUTO-RENEWAL

All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (Month to Month, 3, 6 and 12 month prepays) unless you're signing up for a gift subscription (select 'THIS IS A GIFT' at checkout) and uncheck the 'AUTOMATICALLY RENEW THIS SUBSCRIPTION', if this option is unchecked your subscription will automatically cancel at its expiry date. You can however cancel your subscription at anytime and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.

DAMAGED / LOST / MISSING GOODS

Please note that shipping estimates are just estimates and arrival of your box may take longer (this can vary depending on time of year). If your box never arrives, has something damaged or missing then you must contact us as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation. You can get in touch with us here.

BOX CONTENTS

Contents of boxes may vary due to demand. Contents of boxes may vary for international customers due to customs regulations.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your subscription at anytime, no contracts. You can do this from within your account or by emailing us on [email protected]. If you would like a refund with your cancellation then you must email us as cancellations do not automatically refund. If you’re cancelling a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription part-way through we will refund you the remaining boxes at the price your subscription should have been.

Ie: If you cancel a 12 month subscription on the 6th month, we’ll refund you £53.95 meaning that you would have paid for the 6 month subscription option. You will also be refunded the remaining shipping charges. Further to this, if you decided to cancel on the 7th month we’ll refund you the difference between the 6th month plus 1 full priced month: £44.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your box. The box must be un-opened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Exceptions may apply and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. You must follow our returns procedure outline here and below:

STEP 1 - LET US KNOW YOU'D LIKE TO RETURN YOUR BOX BY GETTING IN TOUCH VIA EMAIL

STEP 2 - SECURELY SEAL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BOX, WRITING YOUR FULL NAME AND SUBSCRIPTION NUMBER VISIBLY ON THE BOX

STEP 3 - SIMPLY POST THIS BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE, VIA 2ND CLASS (YOU MUST OBTAIN A RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE)

STEP 4 - ONCE WE RECEIVE THE BOX BACK, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WHICH CAN TAKE AROUND 3-5 WORKING DAYS
