Shipping Schedule

Papergang boxes are sent out on a monthly basis, we aim to dispatch all boxes by the 7th of the month; but this can change dependent on volume, and if the dates fall over a weekend. If you’re ordering the current month’s box after the 5th of the month but before the cut off, we aim to dispatch boxes within 1-3 working days. Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here. Please note that these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.

Subscription Cut Off Window

We’ve been selling out month after month, so make sure you’re signed up as early as possible to receive the current month’s Papergang box. The cut off for each month’s box is 10 days before the end of the month. When signing up after this period you’ll miss out on the current month’s box and will be automatically subscribed to next month’s box.


Your payment method will be billed automatically on the 1st of every month (or the first working day should that date fall on a weekend or public holiday) up until your subscription is cancelled. If you prepay for your box for 3, 6 or 12 months you will pay upfront for the cost, however upon expiry of your subscription you will then be billed on the first of your new renewal month.


All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (Month to Month, 3, 6 and 12 month prepays), unless you're signing up for a gift subscription (select 'THIS IS A GIFT' at checkout) and un-check the 'AUTOMATICALLY RENEW THIS SUBSCRIPTION'; if this option is unchecked your subscription will automatically cancel at its expiry date. You can however cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.

Gift Vouchers

All vouchers purchased are valid for a 12 month period (from date of purchase) and must be redeemed within this period of time. Unfortunately, if the voucher is not used within this time, it will promptly expire and you will be unable to redeem the funds on the voucher.

Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods

Remember that the shipping estimates on site are as suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your box may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box never arrives, arrives damaged or has items missing, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation. Sometimes, the contents of the boxes can vary due to demand, this happens very rarely, but when it does, we just like to look at the few that get effected as being unique!


We’d be sad to see you go, but the truth of the matter is that you can cancel your Papergang subscription at any time without any hidden fees associated. To prevent your subscription from auto renewing you must make sure you cancel your subscription by the 1st of the month.

You can cancel your subscription(s) by logging into your account and cancelling, instructions on how to do this can be found here. Alternatively you can get in touch with our lovely customer service team via email over at [email protected] or by calling us on 01509 812075. If you would like a refund with your cancellation this must be mentioned in your email or raised when phoning up as cancellations do not automatically administer refunds.


We get it, certain boxes aren’t to everyone’s liking and circumstances can change that mean you want your money back. Well don’t worry, you have 30 days from your box being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the box must be un-opened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. You must follow our returns procedure here:
